The Beginning
In 2016, brothers Rajat and Rahil Khana laid the foundation for their family business with the opening of Hotel Village, followed later by Hotel Hamburger Perle. Their vision: to create boutique and design hotels that stand out through stylish design and distinctive charm.
Creative Expertise
Rajat Khana contributes his extensive experience in interior architecture and spatial design, while Rahil Khana has developed a strong sense for trends and style through his successful career in the fashion industry. The combination of these two worlds defines the unique character of their hotels.

Today, the Khana family’s portfolio includes 15 exclusive boutique and design hotels in various cities – each with its own identity and individual flair.
